Our team is seeking a Freelance Part-Time Sales Specialist to drive revenue and build relationships with our growing client base.

About the Role:

As a Freelance Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our sales pipeline and closing new business for Zima Media. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, qualifying leads, and conducting thorough sales presentations to secure new partnerships. Your ability to effectively communicate our value proposition and build rapport with decision-makers will be instrumental in driving our growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve targets
  • Identify and qualify potential clients through inbound and outbound marketing efforts
  • Conduct personalized sales presentations and build strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Close new business and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing
  • Provide ongoing support to clients throughout their relationship with Zima Media

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in the digital marketing, CRM or SaaS industry
  • A strong understanding of sales techniques and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Expertise in generating leads and qualifying opportunities
  • Ability to present persuasively and articulate Zima Media’s value proposition effectively
  • A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly base (12-25 euros per hour)
  • Uncapped percentage commission on all sales generated
  • Flexible part-time schedule

Our team is looking for a Marketing Specialist (SEM, SEO, Content Writing) who has a good ability to work independently and is eager to learn new things to help take Zima Media to the next level.

In this role, you will be largely responsible for developing and driving digital marketing campaigns and strategies for a portfolio of clients.

This is a full-time contract, 100% remote position.

What you will do:

  • Manage project initiatives from conception to completion, including planning, campaign implementation, client communication and managing deadlines.

  • Complete work independently and manage a portfolio of varying clients.

  • Plan, manage and support digital marketing plans across the web (SEO, SEM, content writing).

  • Actively troubleshoot and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.

  • Dig into web, ad campaigns, and customer data and execute a plan of actions based on these key insights.

What you bring:

  • 0-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Exceptional communication and writing skills.
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented (it goes without saying).
  • Solid computer skills, including Google Suite, marketing software and advertising platforms.
  • Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, and advertising qualifications preferred.
  • Interest in technology, web, and digital marketing.
  • Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Experience in implementing Google Tag Manager, and tracking codes from online media vendors, such as Google AdWords, Facebook, and others, are a plus.
  • Experience in web development is a plus.
  • Ability to work well in a fully remote, small business environment.
  • Ability to actively learn and take on new skills.
  • BSc/BA in business, marketing, communications or similar focus desired.

Do you like engaging and informing audiences by creating informative and useful content?

Our team is looking for a Marketing Copywriter who has a good ability to work independently and is eager to learn new things to help take Zima Media to the next level.

In this role, you will be largely responsible for planning and developing content for both Zima Media and our client base.

This is a full-time contract, 100% remote position.

What you will do:

  • Write compelling blog articles on various industries and topics which drive sharing and site visits in alignment with the established client’s voice.
  • Constantly research copywriting best practices.
  • Conduct high-quality content research and implement strategies.
  • Write, edit, and proofread all marketing copy.
  • Write various forms of content including emails, long- and short-form content, video, and sales scripts.
  • Utilize SEO principles to increase organic reach where needed.
  • Identify areas of improvement and revise best practice training manuals.
  • + more based on your abilities/interests.

What you bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience writing tight, clean, and accurate copy.
  • Exceptional communication and a love for writing.
  • Passion for accuracy and impeccable attention to detail.
  • A flexible attitude and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong command of grammar & AP Style.
  • Solid computer skills, including Google Suite, and marketing software.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fully remote environment.
  • Ability to actively learn and take on new skills.
  • BSc/BA in journalism, English, marketing, communications or similar focus desired.
