Measure what actually
drives growth.
Not what platforms claim.
We build measurement systems that isolate real business impact — so you scale what truly works, cut what doesn’t, and make decisions with confidence.
My fear in writing this review is that my competition might find out about Zima Media!

I have been working with Mike at Zima Media for a few weeks now. My nonprofit was approved for a marketing grant. They did a full audit of our Google Analytics and website for SEO optimization and analytics tracking. I appreciate all of Mike's help, their insight has been invaluable! I would highly recommend Zima Media

These guys are simply amazing. The time and effort they put into my account and making sure everything works is worth every penny. They are very professional.
In just under 1 year, Zima has achieved so much for us. Our Goal Completions from organic searches increased by 250%, Impressions 285% and we saw an incredible 478% increase in clicks with their guidance. Mike and Olga are fantastic to work with. Would highly recommend. They took the time to really understand our audience and ensure we were meeting and exceeding our goals.

We've been working with Zima Media group for over a year and it's been truly a pleasure. They've grown both our SEO and Google Ads account with fantastic results and we plan on continuing our professional relationship with them. They take so much off my plate as a business owner and I'm glad we found them. I can't recommend them enough!
I've recommended Zima Media to many business owners and will continue to do so. The service Zima Media provides is fantastic. Their service offerings are similar to what I can find locally, but their fees are GREAT and fair.
You know what you're going to get up front and they don't force you to commit to a 5-digit marketing budget over the span of a year. It's nice having the ability to work with them on a month to month basis, when needed.

Why most measurement is wrong
1
Platforms take credit for everything
Attribution models overvalue their own contribution — leading to over-scaling channels that don’t actually drive growth
2
Click-based attribution distorts reality
It measures interactions, not causality — overvaluing what gets clicked and ignoring what actually drives demand
3
No structured testing means no truth
Without controlled experiments, you can’t isolate real impact — so you end up optimizing noise instead of growth
Where measurement fits in the engine
What we actually build
Incrementality testing framework
We design controlled experiments (geo tests, holdouts, budget splits) to isolate the real impact of each channel.
Attribution system
design
We build attribution models aligned with your business reality — not platform defaults.
Marketing mix understanding
We analyze how channels interact — search, paid social, CRM, organic — to understand combined impact.
Decision-ready measurement layer
We turn raw data into clear signals for budget allocation, scaling, and prioritization.
How we measure real impact
1
We isolate real contribution
Not platform-reported performance, but what actually drives incremental results
2
We measure causality, not clicks
Understanding what creates demand, not just what captures it
3
We measure validated impact
Not assumptions or correlations, only results proven through experiments
What this unlocks
Measurement is the truth layer of the system
Without it:
- You scale noise
- You misallocate budget
- You overestimate performance
With it:
- Every decision is grounded in reality
- Every channel is evaluated on real impact
- Every dollar is allocated with confidence

What our clients are saying
Frequently asked questions
Why isn’t platform reporting enough?
Platforms measure their own contribution in isolation. The problem is that channels influence each other, which often leads to inflated attribution and misleading decisions. Real measurement focuses on business impact, not just reported conversions.
What does incrementality actually measure?
Incrementality measures what would have happened without the marketing activity. Instead of asking “What got credited?”, it asks “Did this create additional revenue, demand, or customers that would not have existed otherwise?”
When should a company invest in incrementality testing?
Usually once marketing spend becomes meaningful enough that misallocation becomes expensive. If multiple channels are active, CAC is rising, or platforms are all claiming success at the same time, measurement gaps start materially affecting growth decisions.
Can attribution models alone solve measurement problems?
Not completely. Attribution models help organize data, but they still simplify reality. Without structured testing and validation, attribution often becomes directional rather than definitive. Testing is what turns measurement into something trustworthy.
Why do many companies scale the wrong channels?
Because they optimize toward reported performance instead of incremental impact. Channels that capture existing demand often appear stronger than channels that create it. Without proper measurement, budgets naturally drift toward inflated numbers.
What changes after proper measurement is in place?
Decision-making becomes clearer. Teams gain confidence in where to scale, where to cut spend, and how channels actually work together. The goal is not more reporting — it’s better allocation, forecasting, and long-term growth decisions.
