INTEGRATION WITH GOOGLE ANALYTICS

When you authorize our service to access your Google Analytics data, we collect information provided by Google Analytics regarding your account summaries, property details, and usage metrics. Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

Zima Media OÜ is committed to complying with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs is strictly limited to providing, operating, and enhancing the functionality of our application. We do not use any Google user data for purposes beyond those necessary to deliver and improve our service—this includes any form of targeted advertising, marketing communications, or data aggregation not directly related to application functionality.

We utilize Google APIs solely to enrich your experience by offering personalized features and enhanced functionalities. The Google user data accessed through our integration is used exclusively for these purposes and only in accordance with the permissions you grant during the OAuth authentication process. This approach ensures that all Google data is handled strictly in line with its intended use, as outlined in Google’s API Services User Data Policy.

SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

INTEGRATION WITH CHATGPT AND THIRD-PARTY AI PLATFORMS

When you connect your Zima Media account to ChatGPT or other third-party AI platforms through our API or OAuth integration, certain information from your linked Google Ads accounts may be shared with those platforms to provide you with AI-powered analytics and insights.

What Data Is Shared

When you authorize a third-party AI platform to access your Zima Media account, the following data may be transmitted to that platform during your active session:

  • Google Ads account identifiers (Customer IDs)
  • Campaign, ad group, keyword, and ad performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, etc.)
  • Account structure information (campaign names, ad group names, keyword lists)
  • Google Ads Query Language (GAQL) query results you request through the platform

How Data Is Shared

Data is shared only in response to your explicit queries and actions within the connected AI platform. We do not proactively push or bulk-export your Google Ads data to any third party. All data transmission occurs over encrypted HTTPS connections and is authenticated using OAuth 2.0 tokens that you explicitly authorize.

How Third-Party AI Platforms Use Your Data

Once your Google Ads data is transmitted to a third-party AI platform (such as OpenAI’s ChatGPT), that data is subject to that platform’s own privacy policy and data handling practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any AI platform you connect to your account:

Zima Media does not control how third-party AI platforms process, store, or retain the data once it has been transmitted in response to your queries.

Data Retention by Third Parties

We transmit Google Ads data to third-party AI platforms on a per-request basis during your active session. We do not store copies of data specifically for third-party transmission beyond our standard query caching (used to reduce redundant API calls and improve response times). For information on how connected AI platforms retain your data, please refer to their respective privacy policies.

Your Control Over Third-Party Access

You may revoke access for any connected AI platform at any time through your Zima Media account settings page. Upon revocation, the platform’s OAuth tokens are immediately invalidated and no further data can be accessed. You may also revoke access by disconnecting the integration within the third-party platform itself.

Compliance with Google API Services User Data Policy

Our sharing of Google Ads data with third-party AI platforms is performed in accordance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Data is shared only at your explicit direction, solely to provide the analytics and insights functionality you have requested, and is never used for advertising, marketing, or data aggregation purposes unrelated to delivering our service.

BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. DATA RETENTION

When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
